Our Year 6 pupils have received their much-anticipated Leavers’ Hoodies, generously funded by our wonderful Friends of Nelson.
The hoodies are a special way for our Year 6 children to celebrate their final year at Nelson Academy and create a lasting memory of their time at our school. Even better, the children can wear their hoodies in school as part of their uniform, making them a fantastic addition to their school wardrobe!
The pupils were absolutely delighted to receive them and wasted no time putting them on. They look incredibly smart in their new hoodies and are already proudly wearing them around school.
A huge thank you to Friends of Nelson for their generosity and for helping to make this special Year 6 tradition possible. We hope the children enjoy wearing their hoodies throughout their final year and that they will become a treasured keepsake of their time at Nelson Academy.
